Travelling with a group can go two ways, it can be fun – especially when travelling with close friends and family or it can be stressful when you don't get along with your travel companions. No matter how it goes, there are several advantages and disadvantages when associated with group travels, some of them include:

• Costs – Costs can be decreased when travelling in groups. This applies to the cost of accommodation. Renting condos, villas and vacation houses and splitting the costs is cheaper than renting a room in a hotel. Then again, group travelling can be expensive when it comes to the cost of food and activities where the bill is split evenly between the groupmates.
• Travelling Somewhere Foreign &ndash Getting over the language barrier can be easier when travelling in a group. It can be harder to stick to the customs though, especially if some members of the group don't respect them.

No matter when the benefits and disadvantages you experience are, the important thing is to try to have fun and take in as much of your vacation destination as possible.
