Good walking shoes are always a must pack for Paris. If you don't have one, you will have sore feet before your vacation is over. Make sure your footwear is suitable for walking on wet, slippery cobblestones.

For your clothing, leave the t-shirts home and bring something with style. After all, Paris is the fashion capital of the world. Walk around Paris in style and make sure to capture those moments with your camera. Any choice of camera will do. Bring clothes that are easy to layer so you can pile them up during cool weather and take them off when it gets warmer. Remember, it is mostly cool weather and over cast skies in Paris.

It is also advisable to bring a carry on bag with all your essentials. Your travel documents, money, prescription medicines and a change of clothing should be placed in your carry on in case your luggage gets lost.
