About College Park
College Park is a city that is located in both Fulton and Clayton counties in Georgia, United States. It is situated adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport which is known for its brimming busyness, and Georgia International Convention Center. The latter is operated and owned by College Park city. In addition, the city is also the home of John Wieland Homes corporate offices. Although these offices are actually situated outside of city limits, it is maintaining an address from College Park city. Plus, College Park is the location of the World Changers Ministries.

Before the city was called College Park, it was named as Manchester, and was established somewhere in 1890 and became incorporated in 1895. The city boasts of having 853 of its properties included in the list the National Register of Historic Places maintains. The city's name change is attributed to Lula Roper who renamed the city when she placed the name in a lottery.
