About Harrisburg
Harrisburg is a city that is acknowledged as the capital of Pennsylvania, United States. Not only is it the capital city of Pennsylvania, it is also easily the largest city among Pittsburg, Allenton, Reading, Erie, Scranton, Lancaster, Bethlehem, Altoona, and Philadelphia.

Not only is Harrisburg the capital city of the Pennsylvania State, but it is also the county seat of the Dauphin County. It is situated on Susquehanna River's east bank, and 105 miles west-northwest of Philadelphia. Harrisburg is known to have portrayed an important role in the history of America during the time of the Westward Migration, the Industrial Revolution, and the American Civil War. Back in the 19th century, Harrisburg started paving the way into being one of the most industrialized cities throughout the Northeastern United States by building the Pennsylvania Canal and Pennsylvania Railroad. In addition to its notable participation in America's history, Harrisburg also became known for the infamous accident: the Three Mile Accident, which happened in Middletown.
