Kaanapali is a CDP or census-designated place in Maui, Hawaii, USA. This place is well known for its beautiful beaches and other tropical offerings. Although the total land area is only about 14.8km2, there are still lots of activities that the tourists can indulge in.

Kaanapali only has about less than 1500 permanent citizens who are comprised of a majority of whites and the rest are from other ethnic groups and nationalities. Most of the residents are younger than 45 years old while there are no citizens over the age of 65.
