About Kahuku
Kahuku is a small town situated in the northern shore of Oahu, one of the cities and counties of Honolulu in Hawaii. Kahuku in Hawaiian means "the projection" which is presumably used as a reference to the Kahuku Point nearby. The Kahuku Point is the northernmost point of land in the Oahu Island.

The town of Kahuku is small and easily navigable by walking around the area. Some of the things to see in Kahuku include the Kahuku Mill Shopping Center which is a previous sugar mill that is open for tourists to tour on their own. The town is also the home of the nine-hole Kahuku Golf course as well as the Arnold Palmer and George Fazio courses that are located on the Turtle Bay Resort.

Surfing is also a popular tourist activity in Kahuku. The surfing spots in the town include those found in Sunset Beach, Banzai Pipeline, Pupkea, the Waimea Bay and Rocky Point. Several other arts, culture, ourdoor, cuisine and other attractions are accessible in the town as well as in the nearby towns of the same island.
