Lake George is a town in Warren Country, New York. It is named after the lake, Lake George and is found in the eastern border of the United States of America. A village named Lake George can also be found within the town.
Lake George was discovered in August 1642 by Feather Isaac Jogues and was named in honor of King George II. The scenery in the town is breathtaking and the entire region is home to balloon rides, arcades, golf, galleries, boat cruises, markets, horseback riding, scenic train rides, outlet shopping, rodeos, spectator sports, seasonal activities, theme parks, whitewater rafting and so much more.
