About Mount Laurel
Mount Laurel Township is a Township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States, and it is also a "suburb" of Philadelphia. Current population is 40,221. By March 7, 1872, Mount Laurel Township is made as a township by an Act of the New Jersey Legislature.

It is also where the NFL Films is located, responsible for producing advertisements, television shows, feature films, and documentaries about the National Football League.

The form of government Mount Laurel Township adopted is a Council-Manager system under the Faulkner Act. These changes started in 1970 and with this type of government is the sole responsibility of the Township Manager to oversee the whole place.

Laurel Acres Park is found in Mount Laurel. This is famous for its Veteran's Memorial, a lake where people can fish, a children's playground, and spacious hill where concerts and conducted and in winter time, this is used for sledding. The park is just right along Church Street at Academy Road.
