Pompano Beach is a city found in Boward County, Florida. It is located along the coast of the vast Atlantic Ocean and is situated on the north of Fort Lauderdale. The city is currently undergoing a redevelopment process for the neglected beaches in its area. This project aims to reinvent the city and attract more tourists to the area.

Pompano Beach is home to Pompano Beach Amphitheatre where various events such as the Spring Fling as well as concerts are usually held. The amphitheatre box office is open at noon on show days and interested viewers are recommended to call the office for ticket reservations. Pompano Beach also hosts the Annual Pompano Beach Junior Gold Classic and the Annual Pompano Beach Seafood Festival.

Other events held in Pompano Beach also include the Annual Tree Giveaway where various trees are given to Pompano Beach residents in order to promote environmental awareness. It is also the home of miles of beautiful beaches facing the Gulf Stream.
