Secaucus is a town located in the Hudson County in New Jersey. It was ranked as the 11th best place to live in New Jersey by the New Jersey Monthly Magazine and is considered the first true suburban neighborhood outside the district of Manhattan and is five miles away from the Times Square in New York City.
The city is well known for its exceptionally good rail transportation and with the excellent conditions of their roads. Residents and visitors alike are a mere 20 minutes away from Manhattan via the express bus and the tourists are offered a variety of motels and hotels to choose from in the town.
The Meadowlands is the town's entertainment and sport center. It is also the home of the Jets, the Giants, the Nets, the Devils, the Seton Hall Pirates and the Red Bulls. The Meadowlands is also the venue where circuses, ice shows, concerts and weekly flea market are held.
Secaucus is also well known for outlet shopping. It is also considered a fine communications hub and is the home of the National League Baseball Network, the NBA Entertainment and MY Channel 9.
