Singer Island, described by the New York Times as "The New In Place", is situated in the east central region of Palm Beach County Florida. It is named after Paris Eugene Singer, the developer of Palm Beach and child of Isaac Singer, the founder of Singer Sewing Machine.
Singer Island is famous for its white sand beaches, hiking and biking paths, parks, and marinas making it one of the top five beaches in Palm Beach County. Its sandy beaches are considered by many as the best for relaxing, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing, and fishing.
Other attractions are the drive-thru safari, zoo, science museum and citrus grove trolley rides. It is also where the world-class golf courses are located such as the PGA National, The Breakers West-Rees Jones, and those designed by Jack Nicklaus "The Village of North Palm Beach Golf Course" and "Ritz Carlton Golf Club".
One also cannot be behind in shopping and entertainment in the Spring Island in its Clematis Street, City Place, Worth Avenue and Palm Beach Garden Mall.
