Tel Aviv is a city in Israel and is the second largest city in the country after Jerusalem. Its official name is Tel Aviv-Yafo but is commonly referred to as Tel Aviv. It is a rapidly growing area in its transition from medium-sized urban city to a bustling international metropolitan area.

The city is a huge place and houses many museums, parks squares. There are a lot of things to experience and places to explore in Tel Aviv. It is home to Old Jaffa, which is one of the oldest ports in the world. This place is also reputed to be where Jonah, the man who was swallowed by a whale, boarded a ship. Robin Square is also in Tel Aviv and is one of the biggest public squares in the country of Israel.

Tel Aviv is the home of several museums such as the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Eretz-Israel Museum and the Museum of the Jewish Diaspora. Tel Aviv also has great beaches which are best during the summer. The city also has a number of water and amusement parks that are open on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays.
