Victoria is a city on the southern portion of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. This city has a temperate climate ideal for plants so that it has also been called as the "City of Gardens" because of the many gardens with a wide variety of flowers and plant species. In fact, the city takes pride in having an annual "flower count" every February with all the other areas in the province and the country still flowerless in winter.
